Adult Sunday School teachers and literature: (Of note, there are no age-specific classes for adults and most classes tend to be wide ranges of age except where noted below.) Guests are welcome to visit a different class each Sunday to find where you are most comfortable.

(Upper Level)

Room 200, Adults 4 - Teacher: Paul Folmsbee and Mike Slawson - the Uniform Lesson, a regular Sunday School publication, Smyth & Helwys Bible study curriculum. Typically some 40s, mostly 50s and 60s.

Room 201, Adults 5 - Teachers: Jane Hamm, Terry Campbell , subs - the Uniform Lesson, a regular Sunday School publication, Smyth & Helwys Bible study curriculum. Typically 60s +.

Room 206, Adults 7 - Teacher: Paul Wilms - Informal, “conversational” expository study of various books of the Bible to learn what the Word has to say about everyday life, spiritual growth, what we believe, social issues, and family life. Current study: Thessalonians.

Room 207, Adults 12 - Teachers: Bob Clary and Keith Vaughn - the Uniform Lesson, a regular Sunday School publication, Smyth & Helwys Bible study curriculum. Wide age range. This is a new class with a discussion format.

Room 208, Adults 8 - Teacher: George Parker - the Uniform Lesson series, a regular Sunday School publication, Smyth & Helwys Bible study curriculum. Typically 60s and up.

Room 209, Intergenerational Single Adults - Teacher: Jackie Woodcock - current study Jeremiah and Lamentations: God’s Unfailing Love (Single and single again, mid 40s and up)

Fellowship Hall, Adults 6 - Sherry Stone Class - Teachers: Bill Shipp and Jerry Richards - the Uniform Lesson, a regular Sunday School publication, Smyth & Helwys Bible study curriculum. Wide age range. For persons who enjoy an interactive class and large group discussion.

Office conference room, Single Adults I - Teacher: Jessica Vuncannon - Class for single adults ages upper 20s to 40-something. Current study - Psalms and Proverbs: Songs and Sayings of Faith, BaptistWay Press. (Single adults-single and single again)

Room 107, Adults 1 - Teacher: Jody Hutto - a regular Sunday School publication Bible study curriculum, currently studying from Corinthian Letters: Imperatives for an Imperfect World, BaptistWay Press. (Young adults and parents with young children.)

Room 108, Adults 2 - Teachers: Glenn Oliver and Tim Bolden- the Uniform Lesson series, a regular Sunday School publication, Smyth & Helwys Bible study curriculum. (tends to be parents of grade school children and youth)

Room 109, Adults 3 - Teacher: David Duke and Ron Bright - current study Relying on the Holy Spirit by Charles Stanley. Wide age range from early thirties to sixty-something; couples and singles - this is for persons who like Bible study and lively discussion.

Room 111, College and Careers, Teacher: Elvin Yancey, Student Life Bible Study, currently studying from 2nd Peter. College and Careers, ages 18 to 20 something.
